1st of all the delivery was very slow
It took 10 days to receive the parcel
And when I received the parcel the packaging was very rough. It was very evident that the trimmer is very old. There were scratches and fading on the trimmer

And most importantly the trimmer didn't work
I charged the trimmer to 100% and when I turned it on the trimmer worked for 2 seconds and the battery fell from 100% to 0% and trimmer turned off

I charged it again and this time similarly it worked for only 2 seconds

I mailed them but no response
The number they have given here don't have WhatsApp and they are not attending the cellular call

I can't return the parcel to them thinking they might not send me the refund money nor the trimmer
